Sick Chick Flicks
Did you ever drive by those beautiful picturesque houses and wonder who might live there
or what goes on within those walls? I have. Amy is in high school and has a beast of a mother
who constantly degrades, insults and smacks her around. As soon as she walks in the door her
mom is on her ripping thru her book bag looking for things she shouldn't have. It's no secret
around the neighborhood of how bad her mother treats her. It's all stares and whispers for them
courtesy of all of the gossip.
She finds some comfort in her secret boyfriend Jeff who wants to be her knight in shining armor
so he tries to convince her to just leave and move in with him and family. Finally a night of
hell drives Amy to her breaking point and she bombards her mother with insults and soon it turns
psychical, but who will win? Can this poor teen survive another minute with the torture or will
she manage to escape in any way shape or form? Mother will hit home for those who know what it's
like to have a mom that doesn't give a shit...

Dead in France
Release date: March 26th
Directed by: Kris McManus
88 Minutes
Comedy/Crime/Thriller
Everyone does bad things, there is just no way around it, whether it be something little or gigantic it's
happened. Dead in France was a comical, crude bloodbath and I loved all 88 minutes of it! I laughed,
had a few unexpected moments where I actually said "Damn!" out loud. There is a crazy mixture of personalities that you will get a kick out of for sure!
It's a film in the vein of Hot Shot's or Naked Gun. Charles is a hit man that is one hell of a hermit and wants just to retire from the business and cruise the world in his yacht with a hot woman in tow. Problem is he seems to have a social anxiety that doesn't allow him to get any action. He hires a cute cleaning girl named Lisa who he quickly develops quite a crush on.
He leaves for the day to go about his work as usual and Lisa's man stops over so they can christen every ounce of the house. Simon, a gorgeous blue eyed con artist becomes involved in the scene when his mentally challenged brother Raymond steals a ton of cash from the trunk of Charles car. What ensues is a total twisted path of chaos where it seems everyone knows everyone else.
His arch rival Clancy shows up and the bitch just destroys anything and anyone in her path, she is an absolute trip! I went into this not expecting to like it but I did and I needed a laugh which it delivered.
It turns out to be a hysterical killing spree that will have you giggling and other parts will make you squirm- what more could you ask for?

Imagine being in college and not wanting to live in that noisy stressful dorm so you dream of getting
a place with a few friends but we all know rent is never cheap...right? So prudish Lily, her sister Lori
plus two other girls move into a decent priced place and plan to enjoy school and each other. The prime and time of their lives are ahead of them, well if they don't have their souls taken first.
Lori's hard ass girlfriend Pam who loves to start drama is one of the roomies the other is little nymph Bianca who can't seem to keep her hands off anything with a...well let's just say anything male. The quirky landlord Devlin Chito hovers around with this creepy smile on his face as he contemplates which bad girl he would like to kill first. She can't be an innocent and little Lily should be very thankful for that.
Mr. Chito traps them within the house and plays the cat and mouse game until finally giving them an ultimatum of someone needs to go and one of them is going to have to be the one to deliver the goods. Can one of these women be the barer of another's life? Is Mr. Chito playing the game fair? I mean how do they know he will really follow thru with the bargain?
In Mike Campbell and Todd Johnson's film Four Dead Girls: The Soul Taker it'll be a twisted dirty fight till the end. I have to hand it to the actresses in here, they did a damn good job at expressing their emotions I couldn't of did it, not by a long shot. Can you imagine what you would do if you were stuck in that situation? Well take a peek and what these girls had to do to try and save theirs lives.

As Night Falls
Release Date- 11/12/13
Directed by- Joe Davison
78 Minutes
I took a break from reviewing films and As Night Falls from Director Joe Davison is the first
flick I have soaked my brain with lately. It's not a bad deal at all, it's a top notch B movie with
laughs, cheese, babes and blood. The story is of how many years ago Amelia's parents went mad
and took her life with an axe, throwing her little body in a shallow grave.
It's 50 long years later and the deadly duo are back from hell and are ready to create some of
their own. As parents these two were strict and demented and can't wait to get their hands on
Lizzie and her little sister Molly who now live in the house. Each girl can feel an evil presence
lurking around them- but do they even stand a chance?
Molly has woke up with the spirit of little Amelia sitting on her bed trying to warn her of the
impending danger that's coming for them all. The party that happens that night is just an invitation
for disaster and many will not live to see the light of day. Can these poor teens figure out the
mystery behind the whople deal and to get rid of them ghosts?
The Mom in this one is crazy creepy so I looked up who played the part and was floored when I saw
it was Debbie Rochon. I honestly didn't recognize her and she's one of my Favorite scream Queens!
All in all it's a fun, freaky watch that you can share with your friends that are scaredy cats to break
them in for bigger and better things!

Let's face it, people love ghost stories. Whether they are believers or not a lot of
|
Among Us there are plenty of stories to keep you up on a dark night with tales of
0f revenge, family curses, ghosts and one has an American Horror Story
Asylum kinda feel.
You can close your eyes and throw your finger on any title in here and enjoy 10 minutes of the spirits that walk among us in the safety of your own home ;) What better way is there to do it besides a movie? Read it and draw up the spooky visions in your own head.

The book is edited by J.L. Mulvihill and Alexander S. Brown. I had the
pleasure of reviewing Mr. Brown's Traumatized and I loved it. Plowed right thru
the pages was definitely a great and easy read. Mulvihill has a book out titled
The Lost Daughter of Easa. Always try and support independent authors as much as
you can they are the same as any other artist just trying to get the goods out
there!

MY APOLOGY
I have been going thru one of the worst times I have ever experienced in my life, I'm not writing this for pity- I'm just telling you why I have not been reviewing as much as I could and should. I have no motivation to do a damned thing- therefore I can't get thru a film let alone review it.
I feel bad for becoming this slacker but until these issues are solved I think I am going to remain this way and I really don't want this. I have sought out a solution to my problem and I'm praying to God it works. It's been health issues, bad luck and it all stems from one place.
I am determined not to let this depression beat me and hope to be back to my sarcastic, truck driver mouth movie reviewing self soon,
Thanks
xoxo

Dying to see this one though
